An award winning book with good reason. Apart from the imaginative story and rythmic ryhmes that make this children’s book easy to read, each page is covered by wonderful illustrations by Axel Scheffer….

Tonight I asked for the book about the little red hen who works very hard to grow some wheat to make a loaf of bread.

A great book by Jack Tickle, a great name in children’s books, tells you about each dinosaur with a funny ryhme and colourful pictures. The amazing “paper engineering” that animates the dinosaur scenes, bring it to life and the children love to be frightened if you roar loudly as you quickly turn the page.

This is the book that parents often remember from their childhood. It is, no doubt, a classic. The book teaches counting, days of the week and the weird life cycle of a butterfly. I am not sure that the children love story as much I do though….

This is a great little book for babies and young children that they love to hear a hundred times a day. It is written in little ryhmes with pictures that tell the story of a boy, a dog and a lost teddy bear….

This great book is part of the fantastic Amazing Machines that are extremely popular with children, especially boys. Each book is packed full of funny pictures, interesting details and words that bounce along.

Our book today was Warren and the Very Windy Day. It is all about a rabbit who looks after his garden but hasn’t got any friends to play with.
