The Dinosaur book is a very special book that Mummy and Daddy keep downstairs. It is full of scary dinosaurs that jump out of the book when you turn the page. I like the one that makes a funny sound with his bottom. Sometimes, if I put my finger in a dinosaurs mouth, it bites my finger. I haven’t seen a real dinosaur yet but when I am 21 then I will be really tall.

This pop-up book is a real treat for the children. We have always kept it out of reach so that the brilliant pop-up mechanisms remain intact. The book by Jack Tickle, a great name in children’s books, tells you about each dinosaur with a funny ryhme and colourful pictures. The amazing “paper engineering” that animates the dinosaur scenes, bring it to life and the children love to be frightened if you roar loudly as you quickly turn the page. The book is solid cardboard about 30cm square and has eight fully animated dinosaurs in it, so you get quite a lot of fun for your money. More reviews….
